Pricing
How much does a luxury restroom trailer cost?
Restroom trailer rental pricing depends on the trailer size, event duration, location, and add-on services. For reference, 2-station trailers typically start around $895 per day, while larger 6- and 8-station trailers range from $2,495 to $3,295 per day. How many restroom stations do I need?
As a general guideline, a 2-station trailer works for events up to 75 guests, a 3-station for 75–150 guests, a 4-station for 150–250 guests, and a 6-station or larger for 250+ guests. Event duration and alcohol service can affect these recommendations. Our instant estimator provides a recommendation based on your specific event details.
Delivery
How far does The Luxe Loo deliver?
We are based in Columbus, Ohio, and our standard delivery radius covers Central Ohio. For events outside this radius, a per-mile delivery fee applies. We also service larger events throughout Ohio, including Dayton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Toledo.
Can you deliver outside Columbus?
Yes. For larger weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and multi-day events, we can travel throughout Ohio. Enter your event ZIP code in our estimator to explore availability and estimated delivery costs.
Utilities
Do restroom trailers need electricity?
Restroom trailers require a standard electrical connection for lighting, climate control, and water pumps. If your venue does not have power available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
Do restroom trailers need running water?
Restroom trailers need a water source for flushing toilets, hand washing, and vanity sinks. If your venue has a standard water spigot within approximately 100 feet, that is typically sufficient. If water is not available, we can provide a fresh water tank and pump system for an additional fee.
Can you provide a generator?
Yes. If your venue does not have a standard electrical connection, we can provide a generator to power the trailer. This is quoted as an add-on in our estimator.

What happens if the venue does not have hookups?
If your venue lacks water or power, we can provide a generator and fresh water tank system. These add-ons are available for an additional fee and can be included in your estimate. Many outdoor and remote venues use these solutions successfully.
Accessibility
Are ADA trailers available?
Yes, ADA-accessible restroom trailers are available. These trailers are designed to be wheelchair accessible with spacious interiors, ramps, and support features. Let us know your accessibility needs and we can recommend the right configuration.
Seasonality
Can restroom trailers be used in winter?
Yes. Our trailers are climate-controlled with heating systems, making them suitable for cold-weather events. Winter events may require additional considerations for water supply and setup, which we can discuss during planning.
Logistics
How much space is required?
Most restroom trailers require a space approximately the size of a standard parking spot or slightly larger — roughly 8–10 feet wide by 20–25 feet long, plus room for the tow vehicle to access for delivery and pickup. We can discuss specific space requirements for your venue.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and peak-season events (May–October), we recommend inquiring 3–6 months in advance. Corporate and brand activation bookings may have more flexibility. The earlier you inquire, the more likely we can accommodate your date.
Can the trailer be placed on grass?
Yes. Restroom trailers can be placed on grass, gravel, pavement, or most level surfaces. We use leveling jacks to ensure the trailer is stable. For soft ground, we may recommend ground protection mats.
Branding
Can you wrap or brand a restroom trailer?
Yes. We offer custom branding options including exterior wraps, vinyl decals, branded signage, vanity branding, interior decals, branded toiletries, and custom decor. Branding is quoted separately based on creative scope.
Can the trailer match my wedding or event design?
Absolutely. We can coordinate exterior skirting, florals, signage, and decor to complement your event’s design aesthetic. The Luxe Loo approaches restroom trailers as an extension of the event experience, not just a utility.
